I am Sandi Webb, a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a trauma-informed approach to care that is both clinically rigorous and deeply human.

My work is grounded in the understanding that trauma is not just something we think about but it’s something the body carries. Many of the individuals I work with are high-achieving, intelligent, and outwardly successful, yet internally exhausted from years of pushing through, self-regulating alone, or functioning at the expense of their nervous system.

I specialize in the treatment of complex trauma, developmental and relational trauma, and the ways stress, identity, and lived experience shape mental health over time. My approach integrates thoughtful, evidence-based medication management with a broader understanding of how trauma impacts mood, cognition, sleep, and the body.

I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and have completed advanced training in trauma-focused care. My clinical perspective is informed by both research and lived clinical experience, including work with patients navigating chronic stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and the long-term effects of survival-mode functioning. I believe psychiatric care should feel collaborative, intentional, and respectful. It should not feel rushed, dismissive, or one-size-fits-all.

At Strengthen Yourself Psychiatry, I work with adults who are ready to move beyond simply “coping” and toward sustainable healing. Care here is paced, ethical, and individualized. My goal is not just symptom reduction, but helping patients feel more regulated, grounded, and at home in themselves.

This is care for people who have done a lot and are finally ready to do this part differently.

Strengthen Yourself Psychiatry operates with formal medical collaboration under the guidance of Dr. Lauren Grawert, a double board-certified psychiatrist with expertise in advanced psychopharmacology and complex psychiatric care.

This collaboration provides an additional layer of clinical review and consultation, ensuring that all treatment decisions are grounded in best practices, safety, and diagnostic precision.

Our goal is not just symptom reduction, but strategic, ethically grounded, and medically sound care delivered with both warmth and rigor.
