What to Expect

My work is grounded in an integrative, trauma-informed psychiatric approach that considers the full context of your nervous system, history, identity, and current functioning.

While I follow a structured clinical framework, no two treatment plans are the same. Care is not templated or protocol-driven. Each plan is thoughtfully tailored to the individual in front of me.

Treatment may include a combination of:

  • Trauma-informed psychiatric evaluation

  • Ongoing integrative therapy

  • Nervous system-informed care

  • Medication management when appropriate

Medication is approached with intention and precision. This includes both prescribing and deprescribing. Some clients benefit from initiating medication, while others are best supported by reducing or discontinuing medications that are no longer serving them.

Care is paced, responsive, and evolves over time.

How This Works

  • Comprehensive assessment of symptoms, history, nervous system patterns, and goals

  • Care guided by the S.Y.S.T.E.M. framework while remaining individualized

  • Focus may shift over time from stabilization to deeper processing to integration

  • Medication decisions are collaborative and revisited as needs change

This Practice Is a Good Fit If You:

  • Are high-functioning but internally overwhelmed

  • Want depth over quick fixes

  • Value intentional, collaborative care

This May Not Be the Right Fit If You Are Seeking:

  • Crisis or emergency services

  • One-time medication refills

  • Brief, transactional psychiatric visits
