Fees & Insurance
Private-Pay Practice
This practice operates on a private-pay (self-pay) basis. I do not participate as an in-network provider with insurance companies.
Private-pay care allows for longer appointments and individualized treatment planning. It supports a depth-oriented, trauma-informed approach without the limitations imposed by insurance-driven models. Private-pay allows for comprehensive integrated care.
While I am happy to collaborate with your existing therapist when appropriate, the greatest benefit occurs when medication management and therapeutic work are integrated within the same framework. Treatment becomes more cohesive, precise, and responsive.
You won’t need to repeat your story.
You won’t receive fragmented recommendations.
Your care plan evolves in one place.

Insurance & Reimbursement
Although I do not accept insurance directly, I am considered an out-of-network provider for many plans.
Upon request, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual plan and is not guaranteed.
I encourage clients to contact their insurance provider directly to ask about:
Out-of-network mental health benefits
Reimbursement rates
Deductibles and coverage limitations
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Appointments require advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee, as reserved appointment times cannot be reallocated on short notice.
Specific cancellation policies will be reviewed prior to your first appointment.
