Helping High-Achievers
Heal What Achievement Couldn’t
Trauma-Informed Psychiatry for the high achiever
Trauma-informed, culturally grounded psychiatric care for those who’ve carried more than their nervous system was designed to hold.
I help high-achieving women and professionals process trauma that success couldn’t fix while building emotional safety, regulation, and identity clarity.
Rooted in trauma science, attachment theory, and nervous system repair
Specializing in developmental, relational, and racial trauma
Serving high-achieving professionals and entrepreneurs
Nobody can treat war, abuse, or any other horrendous event; what has happened cannot be undone. But what can be dealt with are the imprints of the trauma on body, mind, and soul.

TRAUMA FRAGMENTS THE SELF
Strengthen Yourself Somatically Trauma Emotional Mastery

-
Regulation before revelation.
You cannot process trauma with a dysregulated nervous system.
Goals:
safety
stabilization
stop emotional flooding
reduce hyperarousal/hypoarousal
grounding + embodied safety
medication assistance/nutrition referral (if needed)
“We don’t dive into trauma. We first build the body that can hold healing.”
-
Reconnecting to the Self you had to hide.
This phase rebuilds what trauma disconnected: identity, intuition, and self-trust. Here, you begin returning to the parts of you that learned to disappear in order to survive.
Goals:restore identity
reconnect to inner voice
strengthen adult Self
rebuild authenticity
decrease people-pleasing + fawning
“You meet the version of yourself that trauma muted. When survival strategies become identity, authenticity feels dangerous.”
-
Trauma lives in the body, not just the mind.
This is where you shift from thinking about trauma to feeling & releasing trauma. Your nervous system begins to complete survival responses that were never allowed to finish.
Goals:complete stuck survival cycles
integrate bodily memory
reduce somatic symptoms
reconnect with the body safely
“You cannot think your way out of trauma. Your body must release it.”
-
Trauma isn’t “removed”, it’s reprocessed.
This is the structured trauma processing phase (ONLY after phases 1–3).
Goals:reprocess traumatic memories
eliminate emotional charge
interrupt trauma loops
rewrite the meaning
stop reenactment patterns
“We move through trauma, not around it.”
-
Emotional mastery is safety in action.
After trauma is processed, you learn new ways to relate to triggers, emotions, and relationships. Emotions become adaptive signals instead of survival responses.
Goals:emotional regulation
cognitive flexibility
new attachment patterns
relational healing
boundary fluency
secure self-leadership
“Emotions are information, not emergencies.”
-
Integration becomes your identity.
This is where you fully exit survival mode and create the life trauma tried to block.
Goals:long-term integration
post-traumatic growth
new identity embodiment
success without self-sabotage
generational cycle breaking
“Being healed becomes your lifestyle, not your project.”
